Information
On the surface, Lucio is a spoiled, narcissistic, obnoxious, greedy, scheming brat. He is ruthless and violent and takes whatever he wants, always gets his way, and throws a fit when he doesn't. He loves anything and everything fancy and expensive, and is obsessed with his own vanity. Always dressed lavishly and only interested in the finest things, he goes out of his way to make himself look good, which also includes being the one with the most power. At his worst, nothing can stand in Lucio's way of obtaining that luxe and control, either—including common sense. He's quite easy to please and entertain. At times he can come off as downright vapid; just wave a shiny thing in front of his face or ask him to talk about himself (not that you have to, he'll do that on his own) and he's successfully distracted. At his best, however, he can be very charming and personable and loves to include others in his highrolling lifestyle—after all, it wouldn't be any fun if he enjoyed it all alone! This sort of bad behavior has been greatly curbed as a result of his character growth during his route. He is much, much more willing to admit when he's wrong, to listen, and to put other people's needs before his own desires. He's also given up a lot of his incessant vanity in favor of a more relaxed and rugged lifestyle chasing fun and adventure. That said, he does have a past filled with poor choices that caused a lot of hurt and suffering for many people, some of them bordering on being downright atrocities. Many of these things were done out of pure selfishness or carelessness, rather than out of malice or actual ill intent (in a good few cases, anyway), and he has since been made to answer for a vast majority of them. At times Lucio can come across as not understanding how he's wrong, and he absolutely hates to ruminate on the past/things that suck, but he is typically willing to apologize for his wrongdoings... after a bit of resistance.
Beneath the surface, there's a reasonable explanation for a lot of what he does (albeit not an excuse—don't get it twisted, he may have changed his ways, but some of those oopsies were real bad. As in lots and lots of innocent people died, bad). He was born Montag Morgasson to a tribe of Viking-like raiders known as the Scourge of the South, who were notorious for their bloody viciousness and tendency to pillage and take for themselves. As the sole progeny of the tribe's leader, he thought himself a prince and was very spoiled, which led to an inflated sense of self-importance, ultimately culminating in a very lethal tantrum when he didn't get a crown for his eighteenth birthday. After leaving home, he quickly learned to blend in with society, at least in the sense that he picked up their language and customs. However, culturally, he couldn't have been more different. His learned habit of taking what he wanted wasn't ever something he unlearned until he'd done quite a lot of damage, and sometimes to this day he still doesn't quite see the issue with it. Same with his penchant for violence and expressing himself in much... louder, less civilized ways than most normal people would—it's just how he was raised. Couple that with the fact that Lucio struggled very much with wanting to be admired and thought highly of, but had a very skewed idea of what that meant compared to the expectations of society outside of his homelands, and you've got a recipe for some very outrageous behavior. The disparity between taking all the power and prestige for himself and not caring who he hurt to get it alongside not ever being taught to properly earn his keep only caused his feelings of entitlement and selfishness to fester in a way that corrupted him nearly irreparably.
In the end, though, the more he worked at making the right choices not just for himself, but also for the sake of others, the more positive feedback he got, which really did wonders for him. At his core, his desire for power and admiration vastly pales in comparison to wanting to be liked and accepted for who he is. In spite of his ostentatious behavior and ego, he's actually quite insecure. Now that he knows how to do right, he admits he prefers it to the way he used to be. Emotionally, he is a little bit stunted, and sometimes has difficulty expressing deeper and gentler emotions to or around other people. In his mind, showing love and care is a loud thing and those feelings need to be backed up with action and proof, if you will, in the form of gifts, acts of service, etc., and that goes for giving and receiving. If you can get him to open up genuinely, he has a very real heart, and would go to the ends of the earth for the people he cares about. You just gotta get past the drama queen first.

other than that, he's often dressed in red, white, or gold (or any combination of the three), as well as furs and leathers. he does like flashy gold adornments but doesn't wear many anymore, opting for a little more of a rugged appearance (this is his general appearance these days). not very tall, not very Stacked, tits out, bit rangy, doesn't look like he could kick your ass, kinda has a punchable face. overdramatic eyeliner (it's a cultural thing, don't hate), intense eyebrows, very pale, not a freckle in sight, burns to a crisp after five seconds in the sun. platinum blond and actually starting to go grey, but the silver blends into his light hair color so well most of the time you can't tell. athletically built, although he has a very trim silhouette and doesn't look very muscular at a glance. often wears heels of a couple inches or higher (yes, even for hunting) to make himself taller.

About
There are two sides to Lucio, really—what he wants you to see, and what he doesn't. Both are sort of painfully obvious once you get to know him at all, but he goes to a great deal of trouble to hide the latter; or, rather, he used to, before he began to accept that he doesn't have to act like such a dickcheese in order to make people like him.On the surface, Lucio is a spoiled, narcissistic, obnoxious, greedy, scheming brat. build slim, rangy
hair platinum blond

first impressions the first thing you'll probably notice is his gauntlet, which takes the place of his left arm. the plating is gold and it looks very ostentatious, with sharp claws and glowing white "veins" running through it (magical energy, it gives off warmth). that arm is very strong, yes. you can see a bit of how it connects to his shoulder here; his normal arm was amputated when he was younger due to an injury (some scarring is visible in that image). the gold armor plating can be removed and it's generally similar to a "regular" prosthetic arm, albeit with the network of magic "veins" much more visible (see the bottom row in that first linked image). build slim, rangy
